TAXKAYA provides a mobile bookkeeping app and this public guide library. The earlier browser ledger, account signup and web subscription flow are no longer offered here. A website demonstration does not create real bookkeeping records.

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, classification and separate backups. Review exported pages before copying them into physical books. The app does not replace registration, filing or professional advice for your circumstances.

Use TAXKAYA lawfully. Do not misrepresent it as a government service, interfere with its operation, or use our branding to imply endorsement. App-store terms also apply where you obtain the app through a store.

Store listings, where available, state current availability and pricing. This site does not process payments or offer the previous browser subscription plans. See Store purchases for the relevant refund routes. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

The guide content — form explanations, process walkthroughs and taxpayer-rights material — is ours. You are welcome to read it, act on it, and link to it. Do not republish it wholesale as your own.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of any computed figure.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim relating to TAXKAYA is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including tax penalties, surcharges, interest, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in good faith will be brought before the proper courts of the city or province of the registered address of GENETRIFY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES.
