Keep a copy. Stay in control.

In the app, open Settings and choose Back up now. Save the exported file somewhere you can find again. Making a file is only the first step: check that it was saved outside the app before relying on it.

Settings includes restore and erase controls. Read the confirmation before replacing or erasing books. Copies you previously exported, shared or saved elsewhere are separate; manage those at their destination. Removing an app can remove its local records, so keep a usable backup first.

The retired browser app’s records do not become mobile records automatically. Email support@genetrify.com for access, export or deletion requests concerning that earlier version. Removing browser routes from this website does not by itself erase stored legacy data.
